Chanthiya
Chanthiya brings the perspective of a learner who experienced what it meant to learn differently. Her childhood experiences, her journey with dyslexia and the transformation made possible through her mother's understanding became an important foundation for the educational philosophy of Arise Bodhi Campus. Today, she works towards creating meaningful learning environments where children can grow with confidence, curiosity, creativity and purpose. She is also involved in social and community initiatives and has served as a My Bharat National Youth Volunteer, contributing to youth engagement and community activities.

R.P. Sudha
With a teaching journey that began at the primary level and progressed to secondary education, R.P. Sudha brings years of experience in understanding and supporting children. Her experience working with children who had been underestimated shaped her belief that every child has potential.
“No child is an idiot. Every child is brilliant. We just need to trigger the right part of them.”
She also contributes to social initiatives, including activities supporting and encouraging women and the wider community.
R.P. SUDHA'S JOURNEY
The Teacher Who Believed in Children Others Had Given Up On
R.P. Sudha began her teaching journey as a primary teacher and later progressed to teaching at the secondary level. During her teaching career, she encountered children who were considered poor learners. Some were avoided. Some were underestimated. Some had already been labelled as children who could not perform well. Sudha chose to believe otherwise. She invested her time, patience and effort in understanding those children and helping them learn. Children who had once been neglected improved academically and successfully completed their board examinations. Many of those students later became doctors, engineers and successful professionals. Alongside education, she has also been involved in social initiatives and activities supporting and encouraging women and contributing to the wider community.
We began this school because we know what it feels like to sit on both sides of the education system.
We know the child who struggles. We know the parent who worries. We know the teacher who wants to help. And we know the difference that can happen when someone chooses to understand instead of judge.
Our promise is to keep the child at the heart of the learning journey.
